Lotsa text devoted to alleging that the Wisconsin Pubbies 'encouraged' Pennsylvania Pubbie voters to send in their absentee/mail-in votes LATE.
They even had a phone call recorded!! So that's that, right?
Wrong.
Here's the paragraph which........ahhhh..........needs attention:
...The script Wisconsin callers were given told them to ask voters whether Pennsylvania voters had returned their absentee ballots. But the campaign also encouraged those making calls to tell voters to mail in their absentee ballots after Election Day, according to the person familiar with the effort....
The 'person familiar' is not identified, which is OK at the present. But his/her claim that the callers should "tell voters to mail in
their absentee ballots after Election Day" makes identification a matter of great interest, no? Will he/she stand up and swear to the allegations made here?
If not, can the Journal-Pravda give actual evidence other than hearsay?
...Anna Kelly, spokeswoman for the Trump campaign....contended Olmstead's comment had been taken out of context, noting the call script volunteers were given did not direct them to ask people to return their absentee ballots....
It's one or the other. S'pose Pravda cares?
