An intriguing statistical analysis of Pennsylvania vote totals is here (see ScribD at the linked story) in which the Ph.D. doing the work notices that "Republican" counties had unusually high Biden voting in comparison to the last 2 national elections.
That puts the "WOW Deficit" here into play. Remember that there are 243,000+ mailed-out ballots to people who may or may not be alive, and may or may not be residents.
Tantalizing, no?

Great work on finding this stuff. Now if we can just the Election Commission who is checking the Election Commission to look at these irregularities.
Better: have the Legislature appoint the electors, per the Constitution.
