LOL, the virus that causes COVID-19 and the one that caused the outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) in 2003 are related to each other genetically, but the diseases they cause are quite different. And you cite a 2005 report to boot that showed promise for SARS, NOT COVID-19.
I understand science is not your strong suit, but do some cursory searching lest you embarrass yourself further.
