News item:
Over 80 priests have added their signatures
to an appeal to bishops around the world asking them to reaffirm
Christ’s teachings and to correct errors about the Christian moral life
and its relation to Holy Communion, sin, and marriage.
Initiated on Good Shepherd Sunday—April 22—the worldwide appeal was issued in English, and translated into German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish and Portuguese. ...
This is not just about Amoris Laetitia; it's also meant to cut off further "intercommunion" tinkering by the notoriously semi-Catholic German Bishops and their BFF's in the Vatican.
A couple of these priests are familiar to Wisconsin Catholics. Fr. Andy Kurz is the administrator of the shrine at Champion, WI. in the Diocese of Green Bay. Fr. Jerry Pokorsky is from Manitowoc and is pastor of a parish in Virginia (he fled from here while Rembert Weakland's henchmen were infecting the Seminary.)
They indirectly join Cdl. Burke's 560++-day-old intervention--still un-answered by Pp. Francis.
Curious: there are no Jesuits who have signed this petition. Hmmmmm.
Pray harder.
