Now it's getting warm.
Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS,
won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening –
or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her
defense lawyer, William W. Taylor 3rd. --AOSHQ quoting LATimes
Why, just the other day a Fed flatly stated that 'there were no crimes committed.'
Actually, Ms. Lerner will take the 5th for every question asked of her. And yes, she will appear--under subpoena.
Makes FABULOUS television, so it's great for Fox.
Meantime, the NYTimes will be covering a dog show, or something.

We thought you were a strong advocate of folks exercising their 1A, 2A, 5A (et al) rights. Besides, who wants to listen to this gasbag answering questions from the convicted felon Committee Chair?
Since none of what the IRS group that screened 501(c)(4) applications did anything illegal or really wrong, for that matter, it's possible that Ms. Lerner may have perjured herself somewhere along the line.
More on the IRS
I very much favor the 5th Amendment.
I will enjoy watching this criminal perjurer Obama apparatchik invoke it.
Jimbo, why don't you cite the applicable USCode which tells us that IRS' actions were perfectly legal?
You can't, of course.
The burden of proof is on you, dude. Prove what they did was illegal. You can't, of course.
Anonymous is correct, of course, but in this case it's easy enough: IRC 501(c)(4).
