The DC Mind Part 331,446

There IS a quantitative difference in "CSQ" (Common Sense Quotient), folks, and the DC Mind is on the short end of the scale.

Garney Construction Co. and Georgia Power Company violated federal law when Garney withdrew a job offer of heavy equipment operator previously made to an applicant with controlled epilepsy because of Georgia Power’s physical examination requirement that excluded people taking the applicant’s epilepsy medication, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today in federal court.  --MoonBattery quoting EEOC

Your basic Cat D-9 is a WMD; far more so than a Ford Taurus.  But that's not a problem for the DC Mind!!

hmmm...a construction company and Georgia Power. Now what would Georgia Power be using a construction company for....oh....a nuclear power plant is all. I don't know if this guy might work there, but either way, I don't think we allow epileptics to drive most of the time, much less operate heavy equipment.
