"Personhood is the legal recognition of a human being's full status as a human person that applies to all human beings irrespective of age, health, function, physical or mental dependency, or method of reproduction, from the beginning of their biological development."
And since embryology tells us that 'biological development' begins at conception, we now understand the attack on the concept screeched by D. Wasserman-Schultz, who:
said Thursday that for states to enact constitutional amendments that say human life begins at conception is “an extreme and radical step.”
Thus making embryologists part of an 'extreme and radical' cult, I suppose.

Where did this quote come from? Do you have a legal source for this definition? Because I have found none.
So perhaps the quote would be better stated as "Personhood is a concept which some people hope to define as legally including an embryo from the moment of conception."
Source is Pro-Life Wisconsin, an ALL affiliate.
You don't like that? Tough.
This "concept" does not currently exist, and hopefully it never will.
Or are you going after birth control, too?
POst-conception abortifacients?
Yup.
That's why NRTL doesn't like it.
