Fr. Powell demonstrates that some States are, perhaps, ummmmnnnnnnnnhhhhhh....overburdened.....with agencies.
And of course, the only expenses that can be cut are police, fire, and parks.
Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrright.
We'll be hearing all about the Death of the American Dream when (and IF) Ryan's budget actually starts slicing off the parasites and cancers in the US Government.
I think it's a risk which should be taken.
