Stirring a Cold Pot

Seems that Jay Heck is in need of something to do.

An email obtained by WKOW27 News indicates several local officials Monday were assured by Republican lawmakers the state Supreme Court would rule on the contentious collective bargaining case this week.

OMG!

Can you IMAGINE this? Somebody at SCOWI actually said that SCOWI would rule on the single largest separation-of-powers case in recent history? A case which has tied up State and Local gummints for months?

Be still, my heart.

...Heck of the government watchdog group told WKOW27 News the possibility an assurance was given about a pending state Supreme Court decision requires more answers.

“There needs to be a full explanation by the speaker, the supreme court spokesperson or the justices themselves to make it clear, that there wasn’t coordination on this matter.”

No, there doesn't, Jay. Now go home and relax. It's over.

I guess this is what Prosser's spokesman meant by "a perfect complement" to Walker's administration. Separation? What separation?

How do you figure, Foust? There was no indication HOW they were going to rule, only that they would. There is no "there" there.
