Lawyer Kagan? Or Doctor Frankenstein?

This woman, nominated for SCOTUS, has quite a history.

White House memos from 1997, when Elena Kagan was a top domestic policy advisor to President Clinton, show that Kagan -- nominated to the Supreme Court by President Obama -- recommended that the Clinton administration permit cloning of human embryos for research purposes.

Kleenex babies!

I thought that Nuremberg settled the sort of question this woman raises.

This is not the sort of creature who should sit on SCOTUS. Period.

Well, to the enlightened left, she's exactly what what they want. No way they won't confirm. I also bet she gets a lot of softball questions and deferential treatment. After all, the nastiness is reserved for conservatives, black or white.
