The State would have taken about 2 years to get the job done. This was done in 8 days.
In Vegas, someone should already have a line on "how long it will take before the BureauWeenies tear down the bridge" because the work was not done by certified AFSCME/Roadbuilder
My guess: by Labor Day, the papers will be filed to tear it down.
