Fitzgerald (R-WI) loves to piss money down a rathole called Ukraine. Scottie has no f'n idea where the money is actually going, but he doesn't really care, either.
We don't know what the Hell his problem is--whether he's being funded by the military-industrial complex, or the "reconstruction" sharks; or maybe he's just afraid of Kevin McCarthy.
But one thing is clear: he doesn't give a crap about the thoughts of the majority of his constituents.
Maybe Scottie should come back to Wisconsin and publish newspaper propaganda like he used to do. Or he could go active duty and put himself where he'd like to spend YOUR money.
Better yet? Go back to Chiraq where he was born.
