Being a Cardinal of the Church doesn't require critical thinking.
Vatican Cardinal Michael Czerny insisted Tuesday there is no place for discussion with those who doubt or deny the “climate crisis.”
Over the past seven years, “the environmental crisis of our common home has worsened drastically,” declared Cardinal Czerny, who like Pope Francis is a member of the Jesuit order.
The cardinal’s words came during a presentation in the Vatican of a new documentary film celebrating the pope’s “great encyclical letter Laudato Si,” a 2015 text dealing with care for the environment and the climate crisis.
“Apocalyptic floods, mega-droughts, disastrous heatwaves, and catastrophic cyclones and hurricanes have become the new normal in recent years,” Czerny said, and tomorrow, “they will get worse.”...
Not one word of the red-highlighted text is true.
"Green" is a theology which steals from the middle class, kills the lower class, and enriches the upper class. In other words, it's just another Marxist variant, no different than BLM or the LBGTQ+SJ Hegelianisms. In this particular case, the Cardinal's red robes signify more than just his office.
We would counsel the Cardinal to stay in his own lane, except that since he's a Jesuit, that might have even worse results than his "Theology" of Green. Billions of souls are at stake.

The "Green" theology clan are, in reality, a cult. They are worshipping "Mother Earth" and putting created things in God's place. Catholics know that the earth is taking the rightful place of The Ever-Virgin Mother of God, The Immaculate Conception and our tainted nature's solitary boast, who is the personification of Holy Mother Church for us. This is Catholic teaching. Let the heavens exalt and the earth be glad in praise of it's Creator.
The "great causes" begin like a movement, then become a business, and finish as a racket.
