No Water in Our Odessa But the Other One is Fine!

 This is serious.

Meantime, Biden--assisted by a 'yes' vote from Ron Johnson--sent $40 BILLION to another Odessa, the one in Ukraine.  I guess they will have water over there.

To be fair to RoJo, he is buried in propaganda due to his committee assignments, which may explain his 'Russia is a threat to the US' remarks justifying that spend.  The State Department, now run by Victoria Nuland-like ideologue-idiots, whispers in Johnson's ear all week, just as the "Europe and Regional Security" gang of "experts" does.  Ron should be a helluvalot more cynical about those flunkies.
