Lizzie Cheney.....Whoops!

Although McCarthy gave her a pass, the Wyoming Pubbies did not.

By a vote of 66-8, the central committee demanded her resignation.

That's quite an accomplishment for a War-War type.

My guess is retaining her leadership seat came at the price of agreeing to resign her Wyoming seat within 12 months of the 2022 midterms. For all practical purposes she’s done. She heads the list of those to be sacrificed in an attempt to thwart either a mass defection of voters to a third party or the genesis of a complete annihilation of the GOPe from within. They can’t stop the tsunami of wrath headed their way and they know it. They done screwed the pooch here over the steal. The best they can hope to do is mitigate their impending losses. Fawning attempts at reconciling with voters will begin immediately after the conclusion of the show trial as the assholes try to reinvent themselves. Lies and promises aplenty.
