You might expect a serious attempt at defense of the CapCop who murdered Ashli.
You won't find it from the lawyer for the cop.
...Schamel said his client, who received his training primarily at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers in Glynco, Ga., was acting to protect himself and lawmakers from harm.
"He was acting within his training,” he said. "Lethal force is appropriate if the situation puts you or others in fear of imminent bodily harm.”...
Really? That's it?
This twerp expects us to believe that there was "imminent bodily harm" from an UN-ARMED female constrained by a door's configuration, who was 1/3rd of the way through that door when she was assassinated by a cop using LETHAL FORCE, not a Taser, not pepper-spray, not a billy-club, to prevent the woman from merely entering the Tabernacle of Nancy?
Here in Reality Land, we smell your B.S. and we know the rules on lethal force, too.
He's guilty. 2nd-degree murder, pal.
More--including pictures--at GP.
FWIW, it's apparent this guy doesn't know s*** about gun safety. It's also interesting that there are TWO other men with guns aimed, and a uniformed CapCop visible in the picture.
We expect that Killer CapCop will not be indicted, nor tried. He'll get a nice pension, too.
