One Twin Cities-based nationally circulated Catholic newspaper is this one.
The other Twin Cities-based nationally circulated Catholic newspaper is this one.
You may notice that the family name of the editor(s) is identical: Matt. That's because it IS the same family--but with differing views on Vatican II.
So when the long-time editor of one of those papers dies, does the other one mention it?
Not here, nor in any of the other 'free-of charge' tabs.
Somehow, "Unite the Clans"..........ahhhh..........

from the outside, it is hard to know what goes on within any family... or what is the best decision in given circumstances. I think it is best to not make conclusions on appearances only.
"By their fruits you will know them."
I have heard Michael Matt mention that the families are speaking to each other. His father, Walter Matt, died some years ago.
While Walter Matt broke with Al Matt over the Novus Ordo, Walter did not condone the 1988 consecrations.
Nowadays, even Taylor Marshall accepts the 1988 consecrations, having been red-pilled on the perfidy of JPII on a wide spectrum of issues. The Lefebvre-was-a-schismatic brigade is shrinking.
Time marches on.
Unite the clans under which "Pope"?
