Anybody remember Wickard v. Filburn?
It sure escaped the memory of a lot of Democrat attorneys-general yesterday (including Wisconsin's carpetbagger AG, the post-dumb Josh Kaul.)
If Farmer Filburn was engaged in "interstate commerce" by feeding his cattle wheat grown on his own farm, Ford Motor Company is probably (just a guess here) engaging in "interstate commerce" by selling cars in all 50 states.
Which Democrat Statist crucified Farmer Filburn? FDR.
Which Democrat Statists didn't read ConLaw 101?
The Statist AG's at California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts,
Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York,
North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia,
Washington, Wisconsin and the District of Columbia.
I wonder how long it will take CJ Roberts to figure out how the Hell to defeat Trump here.
