Among other things, it bans federal family planning grantees from referring patients to abortion providers --Alice Ollstein quoted at AOSHQPlanned Barrenhood will have a LOT less to spend on anti-Trump political activities, and a LOT less to spend scissoring and chopping babies into burgers.
