House "Intel" Committee: Fools or Knaves?

Any outfit chaired by "Lightbulb" Rogers (who enabled the ban of the incandescent bulb AND who lied like Hell about "fixing" that ban) is almost a bunch of dim bulbs by definition.  So here's the list of Likely Dim Bulbs.
