So David Gregory won't be prosecuted because he has no criminal record and his actions weren't a threat to public safety.
You know, like 99.999999% of legal gun owners.
One would hope that the failure to prosecute Mr. Gregory for something you or I would see the inside of a jail cell for would ruin the left's campaign to criminalize/shame gun owners as nothing but a hypocritical gun grab.
It won't.
