Forgetting about the question of whether the US should maintain a presence in Iraq for the moment, THIS decision reminds one of LBJ's generalship of the Vietnam War conducted from the floor of the Oval Office.  Dumb, dumber, and dumbest.

3,000 troops can't even secure themselves, much less anything else in Iraq.
