MacGyver isn't doing reporting. They aren't even rising to "adequate". If indeed some backwater bunch of lefties is breaking the rules, it's MacGyver's role and stated mission to find the facts. More power to them. But this sort of junk? License plates from other states is the best they've got? You'd laugh and laugh if some lefty made a video like this.
