Interesting stuff in North Carolina.
A group of Stokes County residents said Thursday they plan to stake out the Veterans Memorial every hour of every day for the next month, ensuring that a Christian flag is being displayed at the site
...An anonymous man complained to City Manager John Cater earlier this summer, saying that flying the flag was unconstitutional. Cater then received a letter from the American Civil Liberties Union charging that flying the flag on public property violates the Constitution.
I have no idea what a 'Christian flag' is, but it appears that it's more a principle thing than a particular flag.

I think it is the flag you find in a lot of protestant churches that where Catholics would have the Vatican Flag. It is usually white with a blue canton with a red cross in it.
The Christian flag used to be the one that was laced with smallpox and given to those who refused to be converted.
