"The Federal Government Can Do Anything...."

Who could forget CandyMan Pfortney Stark's remarks?

Not New Berlin.

The U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division is investigating New Berlin over the city's decision to reject a controversial affordable housing project that had been proposed for the City Center.

The justice department is attempting to determine whether the city violated the Fair Housing Act. The act prohibits municipalities from using zoning and land use laws to discriminate against people on the basis race, color and national origin.

Well, Chiovatero has an opinion on the topic.

I saw something to the effect of, "This is a waste of taxpayer money. There are multiple people within the Administration who need investigating."

I add that there are multiple investigations that need to happen at DOJ as well.
