LeftyWacko Supremes Don't Like Facing Elections

The bottom line here is that the LeftyWackos on Wisconsin's Supreme Court don't like facing the electorate and explaining their decisions.

So they demand "ethics," which is the fallback smokescreen for all Lefties.

They claim to be Holier Than Thou.

Roggensack gets it:

"Justice Bradley's dissent is a political statement that will foster disrespect for and distrust of the Wisconsin Supreme Court as an institution," Justice Patience Roggensack wrote for the majority. "Justice Bradley has chosen to base her attack on popular political positions, which she supports with newspaper articles rather than with the legal tenets upon which legal writing customarily is based."

What a concept! Rule on the legal merits!

Of course, that sort of stuff would interfere with the LeftyWacko Project of Immanentizing the Eschaton--an Eschaton defined by the Left, not the Wisconsin Constitution.
