Headline Dance With Bad News in Wisconsin

The Headline?

State Jobless Rate Fell to 8.2% in May

The actualities:

Wisconsin's economy lost 7,900 private-sector jobs in May but federal, state and local governments hired enough workers to offset the private-sector declines, according to the state's latest employment report, released Thursday

Sure, the headline is factual.

But those Census jobs are history as of June 30th, folks.

....yes they are.

And so far the answer to saving ourselves is....well....to not save ourselves.

From here forward, we're going to see what happens when we turn off G and let C + I + Net Ex try to bring us back from the abyss.

We have no else to blame but ourselves.
