...Wisconsin's two Democratic senators sent a letter to WellPoint President Angela Braly, questioning her company's plans to increase health insurance premiums by 17% for more than 13,000 people in Wisconsin covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wisconsin plans starting next month.
"We can not understand how these large increases in premiums are justified and ask that you explain the rationale for placing such a heavy burden on policyholders," wrote Sens. Russ Feingold and Herb Kohl in the letter dated Wednesday.
Herbie Kohl knows plenty about costs and pricing; he learned it from his father and practiced profit-making at the graduate level for quite some time. Somebody ought to ask Herbie how, exactly, his grocery empire became unionized...
Feingold may have an excuse; his living has always been provided at the point of a gun through tax revenues.

I hope Brett Thompson comes back this year. Funny how every season I would root for Favre to come back and any election TomTom is polled, I'm rooting for him.
