It's reported by Political Capital that Frankie Gimbel, the lawyer-with-a-hat, (damn good ones, too!) wants Waukesha County to kick in a buncha money to the Wisconsin Center through a hotel tax.
Waukesha County should say "Sure, Frankie. As soon as all the suburbs are awarded majority representation on the MMSD Board--in other words, like the population numbers suggest!"
