"Cap-and-Trade," is Government health-care for the atmosphere. It will include bureaucracy on steroids, pipe-dream objectives, and costs. A LOT of costs--particularly to 'smokestack' industry.
So, given that Wisconsin still has a lot of "smokestack" industry, what do Wisconsin Senators do?
Vote for the pipe-dreams, costs, and bureaucrats.
