While a Glock is a nice weapon, I wouldn't own one as it damages the casings upon ejection. This is bad if you like to make your own loads. As to target shooting with a 9mm, what's the problem? You want it to be second nature to draw and shoot the target quickly and accurately. I used to put about 300 rounds a month through my Taurus and my Smith.
