"Noose" Story in Brookfield. Really?

Anything's possible.  Therefore, it's possible that some yahoo tossed a noose into a tree in Brookfield near the home of a black family. 

This is a family which demands a lot of attention, too.  In the first story on the matter, the father and son each stated that questions should be addressed to the family lawyer.

Really?  A lawyer?  Was some member of the Press asking tough questions?  (I know....but we can dream, no?)

So after a couple of days being out of the news-cycle, the family calls a presser and states that the Brookfield cop-shop is dismissing their "RRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAYcisssss!!"  claim.  After all, Brookfield is about 95% white or Asian.  So it MUST be racist.

Umnnnhh....no.  Actually, the Brookfield cop shop has what normal people call "priorities."  Robberies, armed robberies, stolen cars, burglaries, shoplifting, DUI's, check/bank frauds, vandalism.  The usual. 

Bottom line:  this family thinks it was "dissed" and is not getting front-page top-of-the-fold coverage of their anguish like Jussie Smollett did.

Gee.  Why did THAT name come to mind?

Whence Trump's "Flight 93" Election?

Look around the intertubes and you'll find a great deal of discussion about the recent 'conservative conference' held in D.C.  ZMan has a couple of reports, as does Federalist,  and The Stream chimes in, too.  Zman's reporting differs from that of the others, by the way.  He's a bit more 'E Michael Jones' on the event regarding the Jewish influence.  But all three of the reporters directly or indirectly brought up 'the Oligarchies', and not favorably.  (See update below!!)

Both Federalist and The Stream concentrated on the 'social conservative' aspects of the event.  Both decried the Libertarian-influenced lassitude of the Republicans on matters which are consequential:  family and morals, which lassitude has dominated Republican party policy and poohbahs since GHWBush.  What's been the focus instead?  Money.  Making more, no matter how.

Federalist wrote up a lecture by J D Vance which they loved; they also sent kudos to Tucker Carlson.  The criticism of the GOP was acerbic.

...The GOP is hardly libertarian in foreign policy, as it has been hawkish about idiotic wars for the last two decades. It is hardly conservative in domestic politics, where it has accepted the sexual revolution, porn, and drug use as inevitable.

The GOP has, in fact, perpetuated a mix of the worst of two worlds, when average American (and Western) citizens would prefer exactly the opposite: a bit more state authority in the technology sector and in drug enforcement, a bit more cultural chauvinism and pride in Western culture, a bit more balance in upholding societal norms, and a bit less interventionism abroad. With the Western left disintegrating, this is a perfect time for the GOP to take up those platforms, but that requires policy formulations, not polemics.

Ultimately, this appears to be a return to a more old-fashioned conservatism, one aimed at harnessing authority to maximize social good. The broad coalition between libertarians and conservatives might still exist on foreign policy, which is returning to its noninterventionist roots, but in domestic politics, the rift seems inevitable....

If the red-highlighted text looks familiar, it should:  that's basically Trump's platform.  His election was not some sort of freakish Black Swan event at all, friends; in the primaries, it was a rejection of standard Republican/Libertarian/Corporatism/Adventurism.  And in the general, it was a rejection of  standard Democrat/Libertine/Welfare-ism/MonsterGov/Amorality.

It was the "Flight 93" election:  with no other option, crash into the pilot's cabin and attack.

Exactly what the voters did.

Is Ilhan "Omar" REALLY an "Omar"?

Maybe this little harpy is 'more American' than some others.  (I doubt it, but...)

But the real question is this:  is she more "Omar" than other Omars?

Tucker Carlson:

The Omars allowed Ilhan, her genetic sister Sahra, and her genetic father Nur Said to use false names to apply for asylum as members of the Omar family. Ilhan's genetic family split up at this time. Ilhan's three other siblings, using their real names, managed to get asylum in the United Kingdom.'"...

She's stonewalling the MSM on the question.  Who wouldn't?

Larger question:  when will INS start running DNA tests on every immigrant?

Ilhan Omar Lies: Muslim or Politician?

It's a commonplace that politicians lie, and we also know that the Koran 'authorizes' lying by Muslims.

So when Ilhan Omar lies about her marriage to her brother for immigration fraud purposes, then files false Fed and State tax returns claiming to be married to someone else at the same time.......

Is it Muslim?  or is it Politician??  Only Allah knows for sure.

Larison Loves Him Some Muslim Communist

The Striped-Pants Wannabee wackdoodle (he has a Ph.D., you know) loves him some Muslima-Communist.

He starts by quoting a Dreher lie.

And since Omar has NEVER condemned AlQuaeda, nor the 9/11 attacks--and has a website chock-ful of class warfare, a Marxist/Communist flag if there ever was one, and further, since Trump is contemptuous of ILLEGAL immigrants and FRAUDULENT refugees......

Some people are educated way beyond their intelligence.  Larison, Ph.D., joins +Rembert Weakland in that group.

Oh, well.  Maybe Larison could go to Somalia, solve the problems, there, and THEN come back here and show us how it's done.  Anyone want to contribute to airline tix?

Mainstream Democrat Opines on Trump Supporters

This "Joe Lockhart" creature is a mainstream Democrat mouth.  He's not one of the Communists or Jihadi-ettes in Congress; he's a Pelosi-Schumer-Clinton 'crat.

Consider that as you read what he has to say about Trump supporters.

The Sorry State of Catcechisis in Milwaukee

We have here a blogpost from a woman who claims to be Catholic.  First graf:

Sleep still in my eyes, hair a la Anna on Elsa’s coronation day, groggily to my husband I stammered, “If an estimated 30 to 60 percent of Catholic priests are gay, what would happen if they all came out together? I mean, the Catholic Church would either have to deal or crumble. They already don’t have enough priests - look how they’re combining churches all over the place. Don’t the priests see the power they have together? And is it not their duty to themselves, to us all, Catholics or not, to live truthfully and to love like Jesus? What if, 50 years after the Stonewall Riots, Catholic priests of all sexualities finally had enough support to stand together, hand-in-hand, unwilling to be oppressed any longer?”...

 "....of ALL sexualities?"  How many are there?   

And who the hell wakes up with that question on their alleged 'mind'?  

One more thing:  do you "oppress" your priest if he's a homosexual?

You're thinking what I thought:  "Oh, really?  Catholic??"

Yah.  That line confirms it.  If this woman is Catholic, she's either the most mal-formed "Catholic" within 200 miles, or............wait for it..........she's lying.

No Catholic priest "performs Mass."  And there is no Catholic "Mass of Inclusion."

Catholics who know the landscape in Milwaukee also know all about Good Shepherd parish.  The founding pastor was--arguably--the first major material heretic-pastor in the Archdiocese.  I know that because the guy was a shirt-tail relative of mine.  But his family had money, so +Cousins, Weakland's predecessor, ..........ahhh..........overlooked..........the problem priest.  The church building was designed to be Lutheran:  there is no Real Presence in the nave AT ALL.

There are no coincidences.  And--once again--we note that there is no public statement from our Archbishop, "Kitten" Listecki.

God help us.

"Leadership" From Abp. Listecki

For the second time in very recent memory, the Dominican nuns of Racine, WI., will be hosting a homosexual event.  They call it a "retreat."  OK, sure, whatever......

The last one featured a priest of the Milwaukee Archdiocese who is infamous for material heresy.  Abp. Listecki was warned about him (and all the other homosex problems) but still cannot find the courage to tell the nuns to go back to where they came from.  This one features a retired priest (D.C.) who works part-time as an (illegal-immigration) lawyer for Catholic Charities.  (Think about THAT, friends.)

...Church Militant reached out to the archdiocese of Milwaukee for comment about their approval of the retreat scheduled within their jurisdiction. Amy Grau, the communication director for the archdiocese, said: "The Archdiocese of Milwaukee is not connected to this event. In addition, there has been concern that the Racine Dominicans allowed their retreat center to be used by a group [New Ways Ministry] censured by the Church."...

Oh, wow!!  "Concern"!!!!  

Is that like when Mommy asks if you've brushed your teeth before bed?

Shouldn't it be more like "You're going straight to Hell if you keep this up, and you're taking  MY ARCHDIOCESE with you!!  Now get thee away from here, Satan!"

This Archbishop is a commissioned officer in the US Army.  The US Army should take a hard look at its standards for leaders.

Ripping the Church's Fabric

Mgr. Bux is not some wackdoodle standing on the corner screeching that "the end is near."  He's a heavyweight theologian with CDF experience.

So when he talks, listen.

...“Jesus Christ came to bring God to earth, so that man might find the way to heaven: that is why he founded the Church,” the Italian Monsignor said. “Instead, today’s clerics take care of the earth as if it were man’s permanent and lasting home. What is the symptom? They do not speak of the soul and therefore of its salvation.”

Msgr. Bux further noted that ideas once “denounced” by Joseph Ratzinger (as prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith) are now “coming to maturity” with the Amazon Synod.

“The Church is no longer considered the Mystical Body of Christ and the People of God oriented toward salvation, but a sociological phenomenon; thus it must deal with economics, ecology and politics, where at most it could intervene only for a moral judgment,” Msgr. Bux said.

He added that, under the influence of modernism, proponents of these ideas claim that “times have changed” and with them, “a new dogma” is needed. Yet he pointed out “this doesn’t answer the questions: who decided that times have changed? And is change always good?”...

That was the general case.  More specifically, it's the Jungle Synod...

....Speaking to the working document’s use of “inculturation,” Msgr. Bux said “it is presented in an inverted way: the intention is to return the Church in the Amazon to animism and spiritualism, making it withdraw from the Word that was announced to it through evangelization. ‘A natural religion with a Christian mask,’ as Cardinal Brandmüller said in his recent statement.”

Asked about the working document’s praise for the “cosmovision” of indigenous peoples, Msgr. Bux said it represents a “blurring of reason” and a return to “natural religion” and “spiritualism.”...

What we are seeing, before our very eyes, is the creation of a schism, largely engineered by the Rhine, with the opening salvo fired at the Second Vatican Council.  The Tiber has now become polluted with that flow.

The Church will survive, of course, but Ratzinger's "smaller, purer" may be the description that applies.

Ryan Takes a Drubbing

Contrary to Belling--and Weber--Trump's Ploy Worked

The Never-Trumper Jay Weber squealed like a stuck pig.  Belling went 'sophisticated' and declared that although Trump's comments were not racist, they actually WERE racist.  (I guess that proves that the self-described Analytical Mind never heard of the principle of non-contradiction, eh?)

Anyhow.

...Trump has flaunted his scorn for the media-defined norms of the American political conversation. Under those informal rules, Republicans can be labeled racists with impunity, and America can be trashed as irredeemably racist, evil, and shameful. But any criticism of "people of color" for expressing such views is racist, as Nancy Pelosi discovered so recently....

...He also knows that people who already believe him to be a vulgar, racist, unacceptable "occupant of the White House" (as Ilhan Omar called him yesterday, unwilling to concede that he is a lawfully elected president) will criticize anything he says. So there is no loss to him in provoking more criticism from that camp.

The key group that he must worry about are the undecided voters who swing elections and the vaunted suburban women, who shun harshness and who live in neighborhoods where Trump may be less than popular. Plus all those conservatives who have gritted their teeth and supported him, even though his style is alien to their own....

So what happened next?  The targets showed up on national TeeVee, doing exactly what The President expected them to do.  They would NOT condemn AlQuaeda, declared everyone who favors borders to be "racist," and generally managed to alienate 'the persuadables.'  In addition:

Trump has forced [the House Democrats] back together and made The Squad the public face of the Democrats.

So.  The remarks were NOT "racist."  Yes, they were designed to force a reaction--and they got it.  Now Pelosi is embracing four Communists, one of which will NOT condemn Muslim terrorism, the others of which want "open borders."  See Surber's clear vision on Trump's chess-game here.

And Weber and Belling?  Left in the dust, squealing and Analyzing.

UPDATE:  Now The Analyzer claims that there will be "NO political impact" from this episode.  Gee, that's a tough call, Mark.  Unless there is an earthquake, no Democrat will defeat Trump next year.  So he keeps his skirts clean and makes a bet that he almost cannot lose.  Watch him play this back next November and claim to be a genius.

Is Tucker Channeling E Michael Jones?

You should be familiar with Tucker Carlson.  In January, he unloaded on the economic structure in this country which is ripping families apart.

A couple of days ago, he gave a speech at a gathering of conservatives and re-stated the theme from his January tirade.

Then he added this:

...Carlson continued to explain that when the left praises topics like abortion due to their economic benefits, what they really mean is that “unencumbered by concerns of family and children, women can become obedient servants to global capitalism.”...

That comes straight from the E Michael Jones playbook; just ask Mike about "The Oligarchs" sometime, or read his book "Libido Dominandi" wherein he explains exactly how the Oligarchs get control over a large chunk of the West.

Jones is strong medicine; one may not like all his opinions.  But he's identified the bad guys pretty well, and whether by co-incidence or not, Tucker found the same people under the same rock.

Huh.

The Attack of the Striped-Pants Set

The Striped-Pants bunch is the largest single redoubt of the "America Last" crowd.  They have lots of domestic camp-followers (such as Larison), and since they influence US spending, there are plenty of 'friends' they can call on overseas. 

Like, for example, in Guatemala.

A high-ranking Guatemalan government official told Breitbart News that the U.S. Department of State in that country is working with leftist organizations to allow President Donald Trump’s proposed “safe country” asylum agreement to die....

Gee.  We're shocked. 

...The Guatemalan official said that State Department officials in his country have been working with NGOs and hardcore leftists funded by George Soros to undermine efforts by the Trump administration to deal with the crisis along the U.S. southern border.

“We have been working well with the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, and the U.S. intel community,” the official explained. “But the State Department is another issue altogether.”

The official continued, “Leftists in our country do not work in a vacuum. They work closely with Democrats in the U.S. and the liberal media to attack President Trump and make President Morales look bad.”...

Never identify a problem without offering a solution!!

So here's a solution:  1)  Replace all embassy personnel, worldwide, with Marine Corps enlisted men.  Toss in a few random Seals and Army Rangers for variety.

2)  Post a Gadsden Flag (see right-hand column here) at every embassy door, right under the US flag.

3)  Announce that going forward, the U.S. will consider its own interests first, second, and third.  Other countries may take whatever's left over.

4)  Let the Striped-Pants folks retire anyplace but the USA.  Eritrea, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Somalia come to mind.  That way they can live in the s*&^holes they seem to prefer--and as a bonus, they might be living next-door to AOC or Ilhan Omar or George Clooney.

Finally, never recruit new State personnel from ANY Ivy League college again.  Never, ever.

Seth Rich, Another 'Arkancide'?

Remember Seth Rich?  It appears that he's related to Vince Foster, in the most gruesome way.

A rather stunning report from Gateway Pundit outlines information contained within a lawsuit filing.  The lawsuit, filed by Businessman Ed Butowsky, alleges Wikileaks founder Julian Assange confirmed to Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner that the DNC leaked emails were received from Seth Rich and his brother Aaron.

The details contained within the lawsuit filing (full pdf below) are stunning.

If this information is true and accurate, the DOJ claim of a Russian hack –based on assertions by DNC contractor, Crowdstrike– would be entirely false.  Additionally the DC murder of Seth Rich would hold a far more alarming motive....

Next thing you know, Epstein will turn out to be a majority owner of a pizza joint in D.C.

Communism Runs in Omar's Family

When Lindsey Graham called Ilhan Omar a Communist, he wasn't kidding.

...Representative Omar’s father, was a party propagandist under the dictator and was responsible for ‘ideological’ aspects of the Red-Green revolution. This included providing the ideological/political justification for the massacres of the late eighties....

(Like that "red" effect?  I thought so.)

Anyhow, her Commie Daddy is also an illegal; he lied about this Communist history to get into the country.

Pius XII and Altar Girls

Pius XII's writings on the liturgy are something of a mixed blessing.  He was clear as crystal on certain principles which were in the 1958 Instruction written under his authority.

But on one matter, he has caused difficulty, according to Dom Alcuin Reed.  In an address to the Church Music Association of America (CMAA), Reed teaches about who has what authority vis-a-vis the liturgy.

...The ministry of the Pope, therefore, is one of obedience to the Word of God. In respect of the Sacred Liturgy, this ministry is exercised, as the Catechism teaches, in the obedience of faith and with religious respect for the mystery of the liturgy. “The Pope is not an absolute monarch whose thoughts and desires are law.” Mutatis mutandis, neither is any bishop, priest, deacon, MC, Musical Director, liturgy committee or any other group or individual, no matter what their position or expertise.
This brings us face to face with the second element of what is taught in paragraph 1125 of the Catechism: “the obedience of faith” and “religious respect for the mystery of the liturgy” that must be shown by all, from the Pope down.

Earlier I asserted that there was a disturbing issue in respect of Pope Pius XII’s exegesis of the premise lex orandi, lex credendi in Mediator Dei whereby he asserts that it is the rule of belief which determines the rule of prayer, and not the other way around. When this was published in 1947 the dangers inherent in this reversal may not have been all that apparent. Sadly, they have become all to clear in the ensuing decades.

For if the Sacred Liturgy (its rites, prayers, chants, and associated arts, etc.) are a “a constitutive element of the holy and living Tradition,” this organism, as handed on in tradition, is itself an essential source for experiencing the Faith and for knowing and reflecting upon what we believe: the Sacred Liturgy is itself theologia prima.⁵ However, if what we believe determines the rule of prayer, the liturgy can (or ought to) be refashioned according to changes in theology so as to reflect the latter. It is no longer a primary source of theology, but its mirror....

You see the problem?  It's ......ahhh.........interesting enough with mal-formed diocesan priests (or shudder, Jesuits) who put their theological twisties into the liturgy.  But it's even more interesting when the occupant of the Chair of Peter seems to favor a new "green" theology.  Or a "liberation" theology.    How will THAT be expressed in the Mass?

That aside, Pius XII's reversal was easy to see in the results even before "green" theo.  Benedict XVI is quoted here to explain how the silliness came about:

...A neo-scholastic sacramental theology which is disconnected from the living form of the Liturgy. On that basis, people might reduce the “substance” to the matter and form of the sacrament, and say: Bread and wine are the matter of the sacrament, the words of institution are its form. Only these two things are really necessary, everything else is changeable.^6...

In other words, reductionism.  Remember hearing about "useless accretions and repetitions"?

And Reed goes on to the logical conclusion:

... if one can reduce the Sacraments to valid matter and the correct form in one’s mind, one may ignore, disdain or even abuse the rites that surround them. The liturgical rites become incidentals and are therefore unimportant in themselves. They contain no authority in their own right and certainly demand no serious respect. They may be reduced, refashioned, replaced or dispensed according to the prevailing theological and ideological trends of a given time, whether that be by popes or their commissars, by episcopal conferences, local bishops, priests or lay liturgical potentates....

Thus we saw altar girls, hootenannies, rock bands, clowns, "Mass on the floor," (yes....here in Milwaukee), and dance.  Even in those parishes which observe some propriety, the Propers are completely absent--not only dumped in favor of "hymns," but not even mentioned in the weekly pamphlet.  In the USA, the Offertory Proper has NEVER been published in the authorized NO missals.  Yet the Propers are an integral part of every Mass!

Reed sums it up; note the reference to radical inculturation which has to do with Amazonian folderol:

....[I]t [is] a fact that subjectivity, not objectivity, has been the lot of the Sacred Liturgy for far too long, from the pre-conciliar disdain of sung or solemn Mass as being ‘too much unnecessary fuss’ (the expression “It’s the Low mass that matters!” comes right out of this stable…), to the liturgy being regarded as something which I may translate, celebrate and adapt according to our—or even my own—preferences, to the unforeseeable horizons of the proposed “organic progression of the liturgy” which embraces radical inculturation and more.⁸ Even more conservative or so-called “traditional” circles, not infrequently go beyond the bounds of what is given to us by the Church and select, adapt or ignore rites according to subjective will....

Much like a fence or a wall, the rituals, vestments, motions, and Chants (Latin or vulgar) protect what is within:  the offering of ourselves, the re-presentation of the Sacrifice, and the Communion.  Once the fence is knocked down, the liturgy is re-shaped (mis-shaped) according to NewThink V.1 (or V.2, V.3.....), things go wrong.

Reed proposes a solution, of course.  But you'll have to read the linked essay to find it. 

Pray harder.
