Next, have the Communist promise "Housing for the Poor."

Third:  have the Communist let the contracts to his BFF's.

Fourth:  shave cost-of-building by using STYROFOAM between thin layers of concrete instead of 100% formed concrete walls.

Then move to a countryside palace which is built of real materials so you're out of the area when everything collapses.
