Yes, the "Press" (TMJ4) Lies

The rejection of "the Press" as a truth-teller in the last few years didn't sink in to TMJ4's headline-writers.  Here they report that a pro-abortion march is a "reproductive rights" demonstration.  But if you click on the video, you'll hear "Keep abortion safe and legal."  IVF?  The Pill?  Not mentioned.

Even worse, the report lied about what Trump said on the topic, hoping that the reader was stupid enough to buy their narrative, which has nothing to do with reality.

...Trump said he believes states should create their own abortion policies, but his position on the issue was not consistent. In an interview on WABC radio, he suggested he was open to a national abortion ban after 15 weeks of pregnancy with exceptions of rape, incest or when the life of the pregnant parent is in danger....

What did he actually say?

...“The number of weeks now, people are agreeing on 15, and I’m thinking in terms of that, and it’ll come out to something that’s very reasonable,” he said. “But people are really — even hard-liners are agreeing — seems to be 15 weeks, seems to be a number that people are agreeing at.”

Trump said that he would make an announcement on what specific limit on abortion he would support “at the appropriate time” before going on to say that it should be left to the states to decide....

He observed that 15 weeks is "reasonable" (except to the murder victim, of course) and that he would announce his thought on any limits.  That's perfectly consistent with his position:

And he re-stated his belief that it should be up to the states, exactly as SCOTUS decided.

They can't stop lying, can they?

Then they cry about 'alternative news sources' taking away all their customers.
