A high-profile former Clinton lawyer has been killed in a freak incident that caused no other injuries after the plane she was traveling on hit turbulence during the flight.
The passenger killed in the incident has been named by authorities as Dana J. Hyde....
If you're over the age of 40, you remember Ron Brown, right?
...On this day in 1996, Ron Brown, then-secretary of commerce in the Clinton administration, was killed, along with 34 others, all but two of them Americans, when their Air Force CT-43 plane crashed into a mountainside near Dubrovnik, Croatia....
Ron Brown was the only victim of that crash with a .45" hole in his head.
