Lawyer Doesn't Get Definition of "Crook"

Don't know where this guy went to "law school," but he was absent the day the prof defined "crook."

Sure, Nick.  Because all the gun sellers at the corner of 16th and Clarke will now become licensed dealers and run background checks before opening the trunk of their2003 Impala (with the 90% tint and no muffler) and selling the merch.
