For the last few years it's been clear that Aaron Rodgers was the de facto General Manager of the Green Bay Packers.
He's made the personnel choices and has a lot of input into the offensive schemes.
Too bad that he's under-throwing a lot this year, eh? And too bad that the Packers really don't have the money to buy the talent they need.
Aaron is a world-class QB.
He's a lousy GM. Maybe Mark Murphy should adjust accordingly.
