Some wannabee Indy racers piled a car into a tree in Milwaukee. They were going about 55 MPH on a 25 MPH street.
So what do the "community activists" do?
Community activists and neighbors are calling for more enforcement after the high-speed crash Sunday near 96th and Nash that ended with the front end of a car folded in half by a tree and four people in the hospital.
They said they want to see more police enforcement in residential neighborhoods when it comes to reckless driving, but they're also looking for ways to make sure people are slowing down even when a squad car isn't nearby....
First off: was this a STOLEN car?
Secondly: do the perps have a prior record of stealing cars?
Then let's ask: Why are they not in prison?
"Enforcement" doesn't mean as much as "consequences." Even the 'community organizer' admits that.
Question: why didn't the 'reporter' ask any of the questions above?
1 comment:
Surprised they didn't blame the tree.
