Why, just this morning the Milwaukee Pravda ran an opinion piece on their "news" page telling us that vote fraud is exceedingly rare and just "mistakes," really.
Nothing to see here. Move along.
But there's plenty of room for "mistakes"--which the local rag doesn't seem to notice.
Judicial Watch has released a comparison study of Census Bureau population statistics and state voter registration data to reveal a notable disparity. The watch dog group is now warning of potential voter fraud and “dirty” voter rolls.
The study found that 352 U.S. counties in 29 states managed to have 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible voting-age citizens.
“In other words, the registration rates of those counties exceeded 100% of eligible voters....
Oh.
In Wisconsin (not named in the Judicial Watch item), we have something that has an odor to it:
...Election officials across Wisconsin have been shocked by the number of voters claiming to be “indefinitely confined” in the run up to the election next month.
Since the Spring General Election in April, another 49,769 voters have registered as indefinitely confined. That’s an increase of 26 percent. The total number of indefinitely confined voters in Wisconsin now stands at 243,900. Last year, the total number was only 72,000. That is an increase of 238% in just over a year.
Those voters enjoy a special perk when requesting an absentee ballot – they are exempt for the state’s voter ID law....
So--in theory--ANYONE can fill out their ballot (being "helpful" of course) and send it on in, no ID required! How many of these voters are at nursing homes loaded to the hilt with "social workers" of the Left-ish persuasion?
Who knows?
But rest assured: the Milwaukee Pravda article is 100% correct.
