When you grope through the miasma of Slavic names and follow the daisy chain of related people and entities, it appears that Ukrainian officials who backed the Clinton campaign provided information that generated the investigation of Mr. Manafort—acts that one Ukrainian court has said violated Ukrainian law and “led to interference in the electoral processes of the United States in 2016 and harmed the interests of Ukraine as a state.” --WSJ, quoted at PJ MediaHmmmm. Further--especially for the ignoramus creepster "Pat" who reads this blog regularly: NOTE WELL that the FBI (a domestic LE agency) was pounding on 'friendly Ukraine' (a foreign country) to interfere with the election campaign AND to spy on a private citizen who just happened to be running for President.
This will be fun to watch, civil war or not.
