Three news reports:
American Cardinal Raymond Burke was recently dismissed as a
“disappointed man” upset over the loss of his power by fellow Cardinal
Oscar Rodriguez Maradiaga of Honduras, coordinator of Pope Francis’s
“C9” council of cardinal advisers....[see this link]
Then we have a spiteful little twerp-professor:
....I recall, for example, the preface for little-to-be-recommended Alcuin
Reid, whose theories and whose person have raised scientific and
ecclesial perplexities across half the world, and that instead Ratzinger
tried to recommend as if he were an authority. Also in this case the
words that press agencies are reporting are enough to indicate a real
and true car crash. It’s as if Ratzinger had, all of a sudden, resigned
his resignation and wanted to influence the decisions of his successor.
Let’s see if we can adequately point out the delicate and
inappropriate aspects of this intrusion...
Oooh, that smarts..........not.
And finally, Pp. Bergoglio SJ himself:
..."But there were always those people who, without any commission, go about disturbing the Christian community with speeches that upset souls: "Eh, no, someone who says that is a heretic, you can’t say this, or that; this is the doctrine of the Church.’ And they are fanatics about things that are not clear, such as these fanatics who go about there, sowing discord in order to divide the Christian community. And this is the problem: when the doctrine of the Church, that which comes from the Gospel, that which the Holy Spirit inspires – because Jesus said, 'He will teach us and remind you of all that I have taught’ – that doctrine becomes an ideology. And this is the great error of these people."
Batten down the hatches, pray as you were taught. Nothing has changed the Catechism.

The first two instances are examples of small minds attacking the person when they can’t refute the argument. The third is merely the pot calling the kettle black.
How can Francis not see that he is doing the very thing he criticizes others for doing? His jeremiads are similar to Judas’ complaint about the ‘waste’ of the precious oil Mary Magdalene used to anoint Jesus’ feet –and hypocritical to boot!
A joke I found and I really liked.....and wanted to share - Mississippi
A Jesuit, a Franciscan, and a Dominican all die the same day and go to Heaven. They are ushered into God's throne room, where God is seated on an immense, diamond-encrusted gold chair. God says to the Dominican, "Son of St. Dominic, what do you believe?" The Dominican answers, "I believe in God the Father, Creator of Heaven and Earth." God asks the Franciscan, "Son of St. Francis, what do you believe?" The Franciscan says, "I believe in your son, Jesus, who came to work with the poor." Finally God turns to the Jesuit and from his great throne asks, "Son of St. Ignatius, what do you believe?" The Jesuit says, "I believe...I believe you're in my seat!"
Pope Francis has a problem with "gossip" because that is what perpetrators of domestic violence call "telling the truth." Jorge Bergoglio is to the Catholic Church what any garden variety batterer is to the rest of the family.
