After sending a nastygram to my Congress-critter about Ryan's Treachery (the budget), he was kind enough to write back and state that The Treachery had 'reduced EPA funding and had cut back EPA personnel to pre-2000 levels' (or some such dramatic language.)
Yah, that must have been some real serious cutbacks, there, ain'a hey??

So said the near-staffless/near-budgetless Gina McCarthy of EPA, just after the Ryan Treachery was passed.
Maybe Sensenbrenner can explain this if Ryan helps him. A lot.
