We have some friends who are from Chiraq. (The operative term there is "from.")
It's clear (read the link) that Chiraq is Detroit, Camden, Philly, and Baltimore.
So here's your quiz of the day: Should we treat refugees from Chiraq 1) better than? 2) worse than? 3) same as? refugees from Syria?
