billion in monetized net benefits. But EID found that EPA’s monetized
benefit calculation is 3,100 percent higher than what the agency
calculated in 2011 for the same smog standard....
That new standard is 'the costliest regulation ever imposed,' and EPA has plans for an even MORE expensive one.
