It was a struggle to "reason" to the conclusion that ObozoCare does not "burden" religious organizations.
It was a particularly difficult struggle to wrestle RFRA to the ground and kill it off in this case.
But the Fourth Circuit succeeded.
So far.

The 4th Circuit just isn't "activist" enough for you, I take it.
The canard that religious organizations are unduly burdened because 1/1,000th of their health coverage is birth control is fantasy. After all, they have the option of getting out of the health care racket.
