That would be the proposed 'internet sales tax' law.
Jacoby mentions this little Constitutional difficulty with the Senate (that's "Democrat") bill:
...There is a crucial reason why merchants have been required to collect
taxes only for states with which they have a “substantial nexus.”
Anything else would be taxation without representation. States cannot be
allowed to reach beyond their borders, imposing tax obligations on
retailers who had no vote in the matter, no political recourse, no
opportunity to be heard. Against such antidemocratic unfairness,
Americans once fought a revolution....
Not that the Democrat Party gives a s*%^ about the Constitution or the rule of law, or any of that old-fashioned stuff....

Dad, neither party gives a tinkers damn for the Constitution. Johnson voted for cloture on this, as well as other members of the stupid party.
