Sorta like the death-paroxysm, I guess.

I've got 10,000 people knocking down the door to get in where I work. I do not believe there will be strike at my employer.
And they are fools conditioned to think, under the guise of market forces, that the employer sets all of the rules by (artificially) dictating wages, benefits, and conditions...and if they do not like it, there's always someone else we can hire cheaply who is just happy to be there.
Experienced personnel across the board? Yeah, right, and cut into profit margins?
Welcome to the late 1800's business mentality!
I don't think we have to worry about a profit margin with the State, Counties, or municipalities.
Next crap-weasel excuse that public workers need protection from the government they profess to love so much?
