A crowd of protesters gathered at Milwaukee City Hall on Monday to accuse Gov.-elect Scott Walker of driving away thousands of jobs with his decision to turn down federal high-speed rail funds.
"Fifteen-thousand jobs have just left the state of Wisconsin," state Sen. Spencer Coggs said.
