Good Post for Zipp!!

Well, a bit of good news emerges from the Madistan swamp.

On Tuesday, State Senator-elect Rich Zipperer (R-Pewaukee) was named the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Judiciary, Utilities, Commerce and Government Operations for the upcoming legislative session.

...“Revamping the Department of Commerce, common sense changes to our legal system, and reforming how government operates, including passage of my Earmark Transparency Act, will be at the top of the committee’s agenda, but it won’t stop there. I look forward to an active committee that will not only be at the forefront of reversing some of the misguided policies of the past, but creating an environment for our state to succeed in the future,” concluded Zipperer.

I would suggest that Senator Zipperer take a VERY hard look at freeing Wisconsin utilities to provide economical service. First thought: more nukes. Second thought: BURY the Doylet 'renewable sources' mandates.

Or better, ship the mandates to Illinois. They deserve them.
