The Madison region has been better than any other in the state at sustaining jobs in a difficult economy, according to a study released Wednesday by the Milken Institute.

Yah. That's because T Thompson and J Doyle increased State employment by .....what....double? at the expense of every other Wisconsin metro area's taxpayers.
If you subtract State and UW employment from Madistan, you'd have an economy sized like that of Rhinelander.
